R.O.C.K. Ministries received this email and thought it was a good description of the Holy Hour of Adoration:

  I attended a Friday evening Adoration service with N. M. and was very moved by the reverence shown to our Lord.  The church was darkened except for a few candles and a spotlight centered on the monstrance.  Praise and worship music filled the air as worshippers came to kneel in humble adoration.  ........
